Services were not fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Errors occurred on our end that impacted the quality of service.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of service.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@vortexdispatch.site. Provide your name, shipment details, and a detailed explanation of the issue or you can also request through our web form which is displayed at the bottom of “Home Page” in our website.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated to you before the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel our Dispatch Service, please do so 1 day in advance.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled service may not be subject to any cancellation fee.

“I authorize this payment to “Vortex Dispatch Limited” and costumer must send instructions to the financial institution that issued his card to take payments from his card account and send it to Vortex Dispatch Limited.
